Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for the most common issues while preparing photos/signatures for exam forms.
How do I resize my photo to 200×200 px?
Open the tool → Choose Image → select the 200×200 preset → Preview → Download (JPG/WebP).
How to create a signature of 140×60 px?
Upload your signature → choose 140×60 preset → keep high contrast on white background → save as PNG/JPG.
How can I compress an image under 20/50/100 KB?
Use the Target Size option. JPG/WebP usually give smaller size than PNG. Lower quality slightly if needed.
Do you upload or store my images?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser. We don’t upload, view, or store your files.
Which format should I use — JPG, PNG, or WebP?
JPG for photos (smaller files), PNG for clean signatures, WebP for best compression with good quality.
Does ExamO Resizer work offline?
Yes. After the page loads once, resizing works offline as processing is client-side.
My file is still too big. What should I do?
Reduce quality a bit (JPG/WebP) or decrease dimensions slightly. Avoid very large originals for tiny targets.
What DPI should I use for exam portals?
Most portals accept 72–96 DPI for online uploads. If a specific DPI is required, set that before download.
Is ExamO Resizer free?
Yes — free, no login, no watermark.
